This page explains how to request deletion of the account (anonymous authentication identifier) and server-side data created by the game Tailbound (설화), provided by Fervorlab (펠보르랩).
Deletion is permanent. After deletion, cloud-saved game progress and the information needed to restore purchases cannot be recovered, so please review the details below before submitting a request.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency, the Korean version prevails.
Article 1What is deleted
Tailbound does not require sign-up and does not hold member information such as name, email or phone number. On request, the following data is deleted from our servers.
- Firebase anonymous authentication account (UID) and auth tokens
- Cloud save data — game progress, currencies, upgrades and unlocks, run history and scores, last purchase information
- Co-op room data (if any has not yet expired)
- Analytics and error-diagnostic data linked to the hashed user ID (deletion requested from the respective processors)
Game data stored on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app; we cannot delete or recover it remotely. Profiles, scores and achievements stored in Google Play Games / Apple Game Center can be managed and deleted directly in the respective platform account settings.
Article 2How to request
- Email contact@fervorlab.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request”.
- Include: the game name (Tailbound / 설화), the platform you use (iOS / Android / Toss), the user identifier shown in the in-game settings screen (if displayed), and whether you signed in with a platform game service.
- If you have purchased paid content, please attach the app store purchase receipt (order number) so we can verify your identity. Requests without a receipt are still accepted but verification may take longer.
- After verifying your identity we will carry out the deletion and notify you by reply email when it is complete.
Article 3Processing timeline

Article 4Information retained for a period after deletion
The following information is retained separately for the periods below as required by law, then destroyed. It is not used for any purpose other than that set out in the law.

Purchase and payment records held by app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play, Toss) are governed by each store operator’s policies and cannot be deleted by us.
Article 5What you can do yourself
- Delete on-device data: uninstalling the app deletes all game data, anonymous authentication information and pending data stored on your device.
- Stop personalized ads: on Android, delete or opt out of your advertising ID in Settings › Google › Ads; on iOS, turn off personalized ads in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking / Apple Advertising.
- Platform game service data: manage or delete your profile, scores and achievements in your Google Account settings (Play Games profile) or Apple ID settings (Game Center).
